CEDAR is a family business founded in the 70s, and specialized in the metallurgic area. From the beginning, it has been devoted to the development and improvement of grain drying equipment. . This way, CEDAR became a pioneer among national SMEs.

In the 90s, with a product established in the local market, the company began the hard task to analyze and understand the new technological changes which were leading the industry. It assigned technicians and engineers to develop new projects and products, obtaining a wide range of machines and equipment, which since, have become highly prestigious.

Concerning grain dryers, new alternative drying methods were incorporated. These low-operational cost methods and high-working efficiency made the company the only industry to own three drying lines or systems to satisfy customer’s needs: CROSSFLOW, MIXED FLOW, and HOT/COLD AIR-TYPE DRYER

Committed to the environment pollution problems caused by the treatment of cereals and oilseeds, the company supported an innovative project: It analyzed, planned, and developed an air purifier system to add to the dryers, which are very helpful to conditioning grain stockpile facilities which, due to the demographic growth of communities, became part of or got near to the populated areas where they are settled.

Nowadays, CEDAR is characterized by the constant quest for the development of new products, optimizing human and technological resources, focusing on achieving excellent quality, operation system, safety, and presentation. CEDAR has a strong presence throughout America and Europe , and only one goal: to go beyond the bounds and open new frontiers.
