PRE-CLEANINGS

The operating principle of PNEUMATIC PRE-CLEANINGS is based on the differences in batch components: GRAINS and IMPURITIES

The equipment is designed to separate components by means of the airflow generated by the suction produced by a turbine, which drops the grains that get in from the upper part of the machine to a revolving disk or an inverted cone depending on the type of equipment. After going through the airflow, with centrifugal effect or not, the pre-cleaning removes light particles such as dust, weeds seeds, vegetable pieces, and all particles of less specific gravity than grains, and sweep them through the fan down to a cyclone especially designed for that purpose.

Airflow regulation is accomplished by means of a butterfly valve which controls the volume of its flow according to the type of cereal.

Thanks to their design and functionality, these machines can be adapted or connected to the outlet of cereal elevators, inlets of dryers, inlets of vibration sieve cleaners, etc, according to specific needs.

Manufacturing capacities range from 60 to 250 Ton/h.
